Shipping
Work bought directly from my studio is securely packaged and sent via courier, normally UPS
For UK shipping there are no additional post or packaging costs
- Please provide shipping details at checkout
- Tracking details will be emailed once work is shipped
It is also possible to collect work directly from my studio in London, please add a note at checkout if you would like me to contact you to arrange this
For overseas shipping please contact me to calculate and confirm costs before purchase
Returns
I hope you love the work when you receive it but if you do not I accept returns within 30 days of original purchase
- The piece must be in the same condition that you received
- Items should be returned in the original packaging and you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance
- Your refund will be actioned once the piece has been received at my studio and checked
- Please contact me to arrange a return before shipping anything
