Shipping

Work bought directly from my studio is securely packaged and sent via courier, normally UPS

For UK shipping there are three bands of shipping costs based on the size of the item and package required

• Small – £10
• Standard – £20
• Large/heavy package – £30

The shipping cost is added at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed once work is shipped

I am happy to provide quotes for overseas shipping if you contact me at studio@janecairns.co.uk before purchase. Please note that you may be liable for additional local taxes or customs charges

You may also arrange to collect work directly from my studio but please note I am not always there so provide your contact details so I can arrange a date and time in advance

Returns

I hope you love the work when you receive it but if you do not I accept returns from the UK within 30 days of original purchase

• The piece must be in the same condition that you received it
• Items should be returned in the original packaging and you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping
• Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance
• Your refund will be actioned once the piece has been received at my studio and checked
• Please contact me at studio@janecairns.co.uk to arrange a return before shipping anything
